Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue ellis-taylor, actress, American screen and stage actor and producer. Her most well-known work is as a film actress due to her performances on the films Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) and The Mentalist. She graduated with a BA from Brown University in African-American Studies. In the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University she received an MFA. Aunjanue was born in the United States and is an American actor as well as a producer and director. She has worked in both film and television. She began her career as an actress in theatre and then went on to be a part of numerous television shows, both mainstream and independent films. She became famous as Miranda Shaw in ABC's Quantico, and also appeared in BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. For both of these roles she received critical acclaim and various awards and nominations, among them the Television Critics Choice Award for the Best Actress. Her career began as an actor in the year 1995 as Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest. Stage credits include Come and Gone Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis, a Broadway production directed by Joe Turner. In terms of her career in movies Her most well-known roles are Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express The Help. Her most well-known role is her character on ABC's crime show High Incident.
